About Us
Personicare Healthcare Network was founded in 2011 by Rich Sokol. Though we were the fourth medical lien company in Colorado, we grew rapidly due to our excellent customer service, a large network of medical providers, and our client-focused business model. To date, we've assisted thousands of patients to find the quality medical care that they require.
Rich Sokol
Founder
Originally from New Jersey and N Miami Beach, FL, Rich has lived in several places, including London and Israel. He is a graduate of the Harvard Business School and has an undergraduate degree in economics from Yale.
Rich founded Personicare Healthcare Network to establish Colorado's premier injury recovery network that is patient-focused.
Rich, his wife, and two daughters live in the DTC. When Rich isn't helping his daughters with their math homework, they can be found watching Denver Nuggets basketball games.
Marty McGraw
Chief Operations Officer (COO)
Originally from Minnesota, Marty obtained his undergraduate degree in Wisconsin and subsequently, his MBA from the University of Colorado at Denver.
Prior to taking his role with Personicare, he spent 10 years in the insurance industry, initially as an underwriter, but the vast majority of his time in claims and claims management.
Marty joined Personicare on a part-time basis in 2011, but then transitioned to full time in early 2012. Marty, his wife and three children live in Littleton. Outside of work, Marty can generally be found at the ballparks coaching or watching his kids play baseball and softball.
Brenda Mueller
Director of Business Development
Brenda Mueller is an award-winning sales professional with over 13 years of experience as a sales and marketing manager.
She is skilled at developing the right action plan for each of her client's unique needs and is committed to helping them.
Throughout her career, Brenda has applied her knowledge of business, in-
depth sales strategies and exceptional communication skills to maintain strong relationships that generate repeat business. She is enthusiastic, dedicated, and optimistic every day working here at Personicare Healthcare Network. Brenda is excited to help clients get great medical care while making the daily lives of our referral sources as easy as possible.
Outside of work, Brenda is a dedicated mother of two teenage boys who are National Champion swimmers. She enjoys swim meets, traveling with the boys, tennis, and hanging out with her two big dogs at home.
Misty Roads
Regional Director
Born and raised in Chicago, Misty moved to Colorado in 1996. She graduated from travel agent school in 1998 and obtained her paralegal degree in 2012.
Misty has been With Personicare since 2015.
In her free time, she enjoys attending concerts and attending Colorado Mammoth Lacrosse games with her son.
Tina Christian
Office Supervisor
Tina is a Colorado native and has been with Personicare since 2018. Her previous background includes Medical Assistant and then Practice Manager for an Integrated Clinic in Denver for 20 years.
In the practice, she oversaw many different modalities including internal medicine, chiropractic, massage therapy, physical therapy, cardiology, GYN, Podiatry and Dermatology.
Brenda Tolin
Case Manager
Brenda is a Colorado native and has been with Personicare since 2021.
She has a strong background in the medical field which aids in her work as a Personicare Case Manager. Prior to joining Personicare, Brenda was a Medical Assistant with experience in numerous medical specialties.
These specialties include Orthopedics, Physical Therapy, Cardiology, GYN, Podiatry, Internal Medicine, and
In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors camping, fishing, and BBQ's with friends.
Chiropractic. Brenda loves taking care of her patients and helping them succeed in their journey to a full recovery! In her spare time, Brenda enjoys reading true-crime novels and spending time with her grandchildren.
Cicley Cass
Billing & Claims
Cicley has been with Personicare since June 2019. She started out as our part-time documents manager while teaching full-time in a local public school. Cicley decided to leave public education and was recently promoted to be our full-time bookkeeper.
Cicley dedicated 20 years of her life to working in public education. Previously, she was a family advocate at the Department Of Human Services. Her
skill set and her dedication to people and the community is why we are so excited to have her as part of the Personicare team!
Cicley is a Colorado native and enjoys everything about Colorado (even our quirky weather!). When Cicley is not working she enjoys spending time with her husband, 3 children, and fur babies. She can be found enjoying the great outdoors, dancing, art, and travel. Cicley is also an avid football fan and always makes game day feasts on football Sundays!
